Shipping Policy
We will charge $8.50 per item for UPS Ground shipping anywhere in the mainland United States. For shipments to addresses in Hawaii, Alaska extra charges may apply.
The most inexpensive way to ship is by UPS Ground. UPS shipping charges are calculated using UPS' rate tables, using actual weight of items, shipping distance from Poway, CA, and the published UPS rates.
All UPS shipments are insured for damage and missing packages by UPS. GerberKnifeStore.com is not responsible for any physical damage to products by shipping company.
NON-USA ADDRESSES: No, unfortunately we do not ship outside the United States.
Gerberknifestore.com ships by UPS, USPS, FEDEX, DHL and numerous carriers for
larger orders. Unless otherwise specified, orders will be shipped by standard
UPS Ground service.
Freight Costs: Gerberknifestore.com will add freight charges to the
customer's invoice for all orders, unless otherwise specifically agreed to
before the order is shipped.
Parcel Insurance Gerberknifestore.com will insure parcels at the
published carrier insurance rate and bill the customer unless otherwise
instructed by the customer in writing. Should the customer choose to self
insure, Gerberknifestore.com has no liability for lost or damaged parcels,
once the parcel leaves any of our warehouses.
We do not make any profit
on shipping costs.
Return Policy:
We will accept all merchandise returns within 30 days
from purchase. If a product is damaged or in poor condition please call us
immediately at (808) 371-0279 and we will make arrangements for the
return/replacement of your purchased product.
Restocking Fees:
Non-defective merchandise returned to
Gerberknifestore.com for any reason other than a miss-ship of product, will be
subject to a 15% restocking fee. Product must be received by us in original
condition and within 30 days of our shipping date, or it cannot accepted for
return. Also, all return shipping costs are to be paid by the customer.
